Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order for any in stock items. Commissions may take up to two weeks. Expect an email within 1-2 weeks to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:

If you are within the DMV area, local pickup is an option. Items can be picked up at Made in ALX, in Old Town Alexandria, 415 King Street. Orders can be picked up Monday & Tuesday, and Thursday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm, as well as Sundays from 10am - 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
